Aveda takes a firm hold

Aveda’s new Control Force Firm Hold Hair Spray promises all day maximum hold and humidity resistance with a net-zero impact on the Earth’s climate thanks to its funding of renewable energy, which offsets the CO2 associated with product.

The fast drying spray helps protect hair from damaging sun rays thanks to UV filters and antioxidants, as well as fighting frizz and preventing static build up. The formula contains a blend of organically derived flaxseed, marshmallow root, aloe and hydrolysed wheat protein to help provide hold and control. In addition propanediol, derived from corn helps to provide flexibility as well as preventing flaking, while oryzanol, derived from rice bran helps act as a UV filter.
