Akar launches in the UK

Akar, a Tibetan-inspired skin care brand, has launched in the UK.

The brand sources organic ingredients from the Tibetan plateau and is said to use 100% natural ingredients. Best-selling products include Mini Care Lip Butter, Desert Rescue Face Oil, Neat Remedy Oil and Lush Balancing Toning Mist (from £15-£65).

The range is free from mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones, phthalates, artificial preservatives and sulfates.
