The Honest Company, a lifestyle and beauty brand founded by actress Jessica Alba, is now a member of the Organic Trade Association (OTA).
The company gained membership of the North America association after it was deemed suitable by offering certified organic products and supporting services that serve the organic industry.
Alba said: “The Honest Company is committed to building a healthy and more conscious future to support ethical consumerism. With our OTA membership, we can make an even greater impact within the organic marketplace and continue to set standards for transparency and safety. We are excited to work together to meet new challenges facing the organic industry as we continue to provide a range of organic products for our customers."
The Honest Company sells a wide variety of cosmetics products. Some of the company’s organic beauty offerings include: Organic Healing Balm and Organic Baby Powder.
