Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to join their business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Plan and execute impactful PR campaigns and manage media relationships.
  • Craft creative marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Manage , support, motivate and develop the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG environment.
  • Proactive, with a strong sales background.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for luxury beauty brands and creativity in storytelling.
