Technical Product Manager - South East England - Open Salary

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop a solid technical knowledge of suppliers and understand customers both UK and internationally.
• Research and provide feedback from the market, conduct sales forecasting, and develop growth strategies.
• Support and work closely with the sales team to create strong supplier relationships and provide ideal product focus.
• Support Development Chemists to create new formulations.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Attend relevant industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to increase knowledge of the industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong scientific training - degree qualified, or equivalent, in Chemistry or Science, preferably
• Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work unsupervised, using their own initiative, with a passion for cosmetics.
• Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.
