Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the trading of multiple websites across B2B and B2C including Affiliates, Email Marketing, PPC & SEO.
- Working on improvements to UX across the websites to drive conversion and retention rates.
- Support on project plans and sales forecasts, as well as budget campaigns, from start to end.
- Use analytics to optimise sales and measure performance and improve reach.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in eCommerce essential, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Able to bring an already developed skillset to the role and use these skills to further develop the business.
- Lots of experience in trading, can leverage revenue and is highly commercial.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with the desire to go the extra mile.
