Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Personal Care brand who are looking for an pro-active Marketing Manager to join their team. The right candidate will guide a team of 10 to work on all aspects of marketing, both online and in-store.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing all marketing-related operations and strategies, with a strong focus on digital & social media marketing.
- Leading the marketing team in creating and maintaining marketing materials, overseeing all process’ and regularly collaborating with the team to ensure they work to the best of their ability.
- Develop brand key positioning and allocate marketing budget to optimize sales, brand and consumer targets.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to build the brand E-Commerce capabilities, delivering the best experience, conversion and sales ratios.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media marketing essential.
- Team management experience, leading a team with a positive outlook and helping the team push profit.
- Personable, enthusiastic & able to communicate well both verbally and through written medium.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
