Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Personal Care business who are looking for an experienced International Account Manager to join their team. The correct candidate will have experience working with both EMEA + APAC markets, and will work closely with the Head of International Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with both new & existing distributors and direct customers online, over the phone and face to face, becoming their ‘go-to’ person.
  • Discuss manufactured product ranges with both technical and commercial departments to gain product knowledge, identify ways to retain customers and help with further projects.
  • Provide & negotiate pricing quotes within business guidelines to convert business, including acceptable MOQ’s, deliverability, margin and terms & conditions of sale.
  • Attend exhibitions & conferences as required and follow up leads from these events as well as digital sources & incoming enquires.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as an International Sales Manager, ideally with a background of beauty.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and ability to develop long standing relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
  • Fluency in English essential, fluency in other European languages highly desirable.
