Inter Parfums has signed a decade-long license deal with French fashion house Emanuel Ungaro to manufacture its fragrances.
The agreement includes home fragrances, skin care, cosmetics and travel products.
Inter Parfums confirmed it will continue to produce the luxury brand's current fragrance portfolio, including its popular Diva line, and will launch a new sku in 2023.
Jean Madar, Chairman & CEO of Inter Parfums, said: “Ungaro is a legendary name synonymous with creativity, colours, signature cuts and patterns representing a best in class example of the intersection of Italian creativity and craftsmanship with French luxury and execution."
Prior owners of Ungaro's fragrance contracts have included Salvatore Ferragamo and Chanel.
Asim Abdullah, owner of Emanuel Ungaro and a high-tech entrepreneur and investor, described the deal with Inter Parfums as a "new era" for the brand's "long and storied history".
"We look forward to reinforcing our brand’s beauty franchise under the direction, expertise and dedication of our friends at Inter Parfums, who will write this exciting new chapter," he continued.
Founded in 1982, Paris-led Inter Parfums' portfolio includes Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Spade and Oscar de la Renta.
