We are fully aware by now that it is what’s inside that counts. Eating healthily, exercising regularly and drinking plenty of water should be the main staples in any lifestyle and should, in turn, reflect how healthy we look and feel.
Now more than ever, we are seeing a shift in attitude as more of us choose to put fewer toxins into our bodies. Consumers are aware of key nutritional ingredients that can help them achieve a clean eating, healthy lifestyle.
This should include how healthy our skin looks. We acknowledge that those who smoke and indulge a bit too much in drinking alcohol tend to age at a quicker rate and get wrinkles at an earlier age. But what about the external factors we cannot control?
