Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty Business who are looking for skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join their exciting team!

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for transforming business goals into vital operational processes. Ensuring that these plans protect business stability and ensure readiness for product/market expansion plans.
Management of global supplier relationships across merchandise and packaging.
Oversee and support the Quality and Production teams to maintain solid operations.
Work with the design team to examine and optimise packaging for unit cost, and shipping parameters.
Manage product mix – including generating SKUs, price-points, unit economics and sell-through rates.
Lead the demand planning, using performance and input from our customers to optimise inventory ordering, marketing efforts and demand projection at the SKU-level.
Implementing and leading the setup of processes which ensure European logistics delivers the same customer experience standard.

The Ideal Candidate:

Highly skilled and experienced in operations supply chain and logistics, ideally within the Beauty, Personal Care & FMCG industries.
Previously managed connections with East Asia based manufacturers and managed supply chain/inventory management within a high SKU count business.
D2C & omni-channel experienced, ideally have experience within a start-up environment.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced business.
