Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transforming business goals into vital operational processes. Ensuring that these plans protect business stability and ensure readiness for product/market expansion plans.
- Management of global supplier relationships across merchandise and packaging.
- Oversee and support the Quality and Production teams to maintain solid operations.
- Work with the design team to examine and optimise packaging for unit cost, and shipping parameters.
- Manage product mix – including generating SKUs, price-points, unit economics and sell-through rates.
- Lead the demand planning, using performance and input from our customers to optimise inventory ordering, marketing efforts and demand projection at the SKU-level.
- Implementing and leading the setup of processes which ensure European logistics delivers the same customer experience standard.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Highly skilled and experienced in operations supply chain and logistics, ideally within the Beauty, Personal Care & FMCG industries.
- Previously managed connections with East Asia based manufacturers and managed supply chain/inventory management within a high SKU count business.
- D2C & omni-channel experienced, ideally have experience within a start-up environment.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced business.
