Are you a capable Packaging Technologist, looking to make a positive impact in your role?
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with one of the UK’s leading Health & Beauty contract manufacturers, contributing to the development and delivery of innovative packaging solutions, with a specific focus on driving the sustainability agenda.
The successful candidate will act as a champion of sustainability within the business. A green-minded individual, you will monitor and present trends and innovations in sustainable packaging to the wider business. You will ensure new sustainable packaging solutions are fit for purpose and support the Packaging Team in meeting the necessary standards or requirements.
Essential to this role is the strong desire to enact real change, and to put sustainability at the top of the agenda. You must have excellent research skills, in addition to the ability to multitask and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
Using your excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset, you will confidently liaise with potential and existing suppliers at meetings and trade fairs to gain insight and drive innovation forward for the business.
You must have a full, clean UK driving licence.
