As the Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and expansion in the UK and globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

1. Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand's overall vision and objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
2. Brand Development: Continuously enhance and reinforce the brand identity through compelling storytelling, captivating visuals, and impactful campaigns.
3. Product Launches: Oversee successful product launches globally, from ideation to execution, maximising market impact and customer engagement.

Right Candidate

1. Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in global marketing, with a successful track record in the beauty, cosmetics, or haircare industry.
2. Global Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international setting, understanding diverse cultural nuances and adapting strategies accordingly.
3. Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking strategist with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans that drive growth and brand equity.
