They are looking for a Content Lead, this is a senior position and the right candidate will have experience of managing a team and have a creative flair
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage an exciting team of creative, ensuring all content is forward thinking and follows industry trends.
- Tracking performance and ensuring all content reflects the brand effectively.
- Work alongside senior members of the team, wear several hats to guarantee all the brands’ needs are met.
- Close collaboration with other Internal departments (Sales, Brand etc.)
- Oversee the whole creation process whilst managing the budget effectively.
Ideal Candidate
- Beauty background (Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, etc.)
- Proven expertise in creatives and digital
- Strong team management, organised and self-motivated.
