With a large production capacity realised by high cavity moulds the quality of the products can be enhanced by using in-house decoration techniques – from hot stamping to tampo printing. From inline assembly to in-house UV lacquering and UV metallisation the right quality can be achieved for the finished product.

During the development process Aarts Plastics provides its 3D design services, prototyping and in-house mould construction. For complex shapes the company can build a pilot mould in-house in just 14 days, enabling the customer to view their future cap or closure.
