US direct selling giant Avon has appointed Pablo Munoz as Senior Vice President and President, North America, effective 24 June. Munoz will report to Sheri McCoy, Avon's CEO, and will also join the company's Executive Committee.
Munoz will be responsible for driving the turnaround of Avon's North American business and returning it to a “solid and profitable position” according to the company. He will also oversee Avon's business in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.

"Pablo is an innovative thinker and a big-picture strategist with strong operating skills and a proven track record of driving growth. Pablo is stepping into this role at an important time in our company's history and Avon will be well-served by his deep experience in both consumer products and direct sales, including his passion for motivating representatives."
Prior to joining Avon, Munoz served as Group President of the Americas region at the Tupperware Brands Corporation.
