Role and responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly into the COO
  • Complete ownership of the UK market
  • Managing all senior buying relationships in the UK
  • Create new business strategies with UK partners to execute new targets
  • Responsibility of new launches both in store and online
  • Responsible for the UK operations (supply, content, listing, forecasting)
  • Working with the accounts team to manage budgets
  • Managing the accounts team
  • Implement new strategies within the business to execute targets and enhancing the customer’s overall experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years senior sales experience
  • Management experience
  • Beauty experience is essential
  • Thorough knowledge of the beauty industry and how to apply this to developing and growing brands
  • Ability to priorities and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
