Our talented teams of cosmetic scientists are highly experienced in developing beauty products for all skin and hair types and concerns, and for all regulatory regions of the globe. Skilled in creating ISO natural formulas, we support Certified COSMOS Organic, Certified COSMOS Natural and RSPO Certified Customers.

THG Labs has operations both in the UK and US and can create, formulate and fill a broad portfolio of beauty, wellbeing and personal care products including: emulsions, detergents, oils, salts, scrubs, balms, dyes, fragrances and SPF formulas.

THG LABS UK factory is also registered with the US FDA which enables us to manufacture OTC Sunscreen Drug Products for the US market. Our vessels range from 50 kilos to 5 tonnes meaning flexible scale and fill for big launches or small runs.
