Budding businessmen and women sought for new TV show to be aired by US broadcaster CNBC

Hub.tv, a UK-based creative video agency, is seeking applicants for a new television programme to be aired by US broadcaster CNBC.

The show’s producers are looking for health and beauty retail entrepreneurs (as well as those in clothes, gifts, toys, instruments, home and electronics) to take part in a fast-paced, glossy and aspirational entertainment show.

The ideal candidates will be over 18, and either have an undeveloped idea for a new health or beauty business, or be in the early stages of setting one up.

Successful candidates will be given seed money and the chance to develop their business ideas under supervision of successful entrepreneurs.

Candidates will be sent to China to research their business area and source products from factories and wholesalers, before returning to the UK to create a pop-up shop and an online store.

The prize is £20,000 and the winner will be the one who turns the biggest profit.

If you are interested in applying for the show, email casting@hub.tv or call 0207 014 3712.
