As the go-to expert for suppliers and internal teams, the Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain standards, drive compliance and champion the company’s commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global processes and provide direction to sourcing and innovation teams to drive compliance with agreed standards and product performance requirements
- Be the business’s quality ambassador, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the company's quality strategy
- Maintain up-to-date product technical documentation, including functional tests and product information files
- Ensure ongoing product compliance through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, review of customer feedback, and supplier evaluations
- Keep abreast of relevant developments, share expertise, and translate insights into smart proposals and improved processes within your product category
- Facilitate training to build quality and safety knowledge. Coordinate processes to address acute quality issues and non-conformities
Candidate Requirements:
- Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Significant Quality Assurance/Technology experience involving cosmetic packaging
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Full, clean driver’s license
- Strong team playing and communication skills
