The Pure Beauty Global Awards, launched in 2018, were brought to life with the initiative to shine a global spotlight on brands across the beauty industry.
With just over three weeks remaining until entries close, the Pure Beauty Global Awards team have already been working away at managing hundreds of entries and carefully curating the prestigious judging panel who will choose this year’s winners.
The 2022 judges have a combined experience of over 100 years from all sectors of the industry, including skin care, hair care, make-up, fragrance and much more.
This year’s judges are experts and insiders of the industry with a global influence. The entries that are shortlisted will be judged by our expert panel of judges themselves.
The independent judging process for the Pure Beauty Global Awards means that judges test, give comments on and select the final winners. Without further ado, the judges are…
Caroline Hirons
A globally qualified advanced aesthetician, Caroline has over 35 years of experience in retail, including 24 years in skincare, consulting and advising for retailers and brands in the skincare industry.
Since starting her blog in 2010, Caroline's no-nonsense approach on what you need and don't need to put on your skin has led her to be named 'The Skincare Queen' by her millions of followers around the world.
Caroline’s respected experience in the beauty industry has led to her head up the Skin Care, Body Care and Beauty Tools categories.

Millie Kendall OBE
During her career as a retail maven and brand creator, Millie Kendall has been instrumental in the success of many cult brands.
In 2018 Millie, alongside Anna-Marie Solowij and Kate Shapland, founded the British Beauty Council, a non-profit organisation that works with the government to support a successful, innovative and inclusive British beauty industry.
Millie will be judging the Make-Up, Skin Care and Brand Innovation categories.

Claudine was inspired by Firmenich Master Perfumer Annie Buzantian to become a perfumer and to pursue her ambition, she began studying Business of Perfumery at the University of Plymouth.
After successfully finishing a placement at CPL Aromas in Marketing, she started with CPL Aromas in 2002 as a trainee perfumer.
In 2010, she moved to CPL Aromas in Bielefeld Germany where she now works on a variety of projects.
Claudine’s influence in the fragrance industry makes her an ideal candidate to judge the fragrance categories.

Lorraine Dublin
Lorraine Dublin is an award-winning hairstylist who began her career over 20 years ago. Her impressive list of clients includes Serena Williams, Kelly Rowland, Thandie Newton and John Boyega.
She has extensive training and expertise with all hair types which has led her work to be published in titles such as Vogue, Stylist, Black Hair, Sports Illustrated, Forbes and Wonderland.
She currently co-owns the My Hair Bar located in West End’s Bloomsbury.
Lorraine’s years of knowledge in the industry means that she will be judging the Haircare and Inclusive Beauty categories.

Jasmine Hemsley
Jasmine is a three-time best-selling author, the founder of food blog Hemsley + Hemsley and cafe chain East by West. She is also a TV presenter, accomplished chef and nutritionist, and wellness expert.
She uses her platform to promote a 360 degree approach to health and encourages a return to a simpler, more mindful way of life.
Jasmine endeavours to inspire her global audience to deepen their commitment to eco choices and sustainability in food, fashion and beauty.
Jasmine’s experience in the industry led the Pure Beauty Global Awards team to nominate her to judge the Natural & Organic and Beauty Supplement categories.

Thomas Dunckley
Thomas Dunckley is a six-time Jasmine Award winning fragrance writer, consultant, and trainer.
Thomas has worked in the fragrance industry for 10 years blogging as The Candy Perfume Boy and as one third of unique Fragrance House & Consultancy Olfiction.
He is also the Fragrance Expert for premier retailer Escentual and co-host of the perfume podcast Fume Chat.
Due to Thomas’ wealth of experience in the industry, he will be heading up the Fragrance and Male Grooming categories.

Lorraine Dallmeier is the award-winning CEO of Formula Botanica, the online organic cosmetic formulation and business school, which has trained over 13,000 organic cosmetic formulators and indie beauty entrepreneurs in 175+ countries.
Voted the most influential person in natural beauty for 2020 and awarded the “Digital Achiever of the Year” award for the cosmetics industry by Google, Lorraine is on a mission to teach the world to formulate.
Lorraine will be judging the Natural & Organic and Brand Innovation categories.

Georgie Emsley
Georgina has worked in the beauty industry for many years across big name brands such as Rimmel, Sally Hansen, Max Factor, Clairol and is currently the Omnichannel Director for OPI UKI, known for its exceptional formulas, fashionable colours, seasonal collections and iconic names within the nail category.
OPI is the world leader in professional nail care and with Georgie’s broad experience, she will be heading up the Hand, Foot and Nail category.
