Reality television star and model Lucy Watson has announced the launch of her debut cosmetics brand called Basic Bitch.
The first products include three lipsticks in shades Peach Perfect, Queen Bee and Errrday (below left to right). Peach Perfect is said to be the former Made In Chelsea star’s signature peachy shade.
The lipsticks are cruelty-free and approved by PETA, which Watson said was vital to her. “This has been a true labour of love,” she said. “After a year in the making, I couldn’t be more excited to finally introduce my own cruelty free make-up line.”
Basic Bitch will be sold online via basicbitchcosmetics.com from Sunday 13 November.
Watson confirmed add-on products for 2017, explaining that she “can’t wait” to reveal new products in the new year.
Speaking to ok.com. Watson said her five-year goal is to launch a full range of lip/eye and skin make-up to suit all skin types.
Watson is vegan but the lipsticks are currently not. She confirmed with ok.com that the next product will be 100% vegan and the wider aim is to launch a completely vegan and cruelty-free range.
