Canadian corporate Knowlton Development Corporation, KDC/One, working in partnership with private equity firm Cornell Capital, has bought French corporate Groupe Alkos, owner of Inter Cosmétiques, Sagal Cosmétiques and Alkos Cosmétiques, for an undisclosed sum.  

Nicholas Whitley, president and CEO of KDC/One, said the acquisition offered a number of cross-selling opportunities.
