Estée Lauder has introduced a new virtual tool offering customers another personalised beauty platform.
In partnership with Google Assistant, the brand’s new beauty advisor, Liv, will allow customers to discover products for their skin care concerns to test and try.
This launch will work in conjunction with Estée Lauder’s Night-time Expert app, which gives consumers a personalised beauty night-time treatment.
The venture marks another step in Estée Lauder Companies’ (ELC) digital expansion to engage with its customer base.
Lesley Crowther, VP of Consumer Engagement & Retail for ELC, said: “The launch of the Estée Lauder and Google Collaboration is an exciting example of how The Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland is continuously adapting to the evolving preferences of today’s beauty consumers and offering a truly innovative shopping experience.
“Combining Google’s best-in-class technology with Estée Lauder’s ‘high-touch’ approach to prestige beauty allows us to provide a more in-depth, expert offering for consumers on-demand and product assistance at their fingertips.”
Estée Lauder has also worked to bring shoppers an in-store digital experience by launching a skin diagnostic tool, which links to brand products to help tackle skin care concerns.
