Nature and Purpose:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Technical Marketing Specialist to join the growing global marketing team for Vantage Personal Care, a leading supplier of chemical ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the beauty industry and is eager to connect emerging market trends with our innovative product portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and delivering engaging content that resonates with our customers, inspiring them with the potential of our ingredients to create cutting-edge cosmetic solutions. This role will interface daily with our Account Aligned Teams (commercial), R&D teams and formulation teams as well as with regional counter-parts.

Accountabilities with Key Outcomes:

  • Research and analyse the latest trends in the beauty and personal care industry to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applications in the cosmetics sector.
  • Create compelling, informative content that aligns with industry trends and showcases the benefits of our ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment between market needs and our offerings.
  • Participate to the execution of marketing events and product launches,
  • Act as a brand ambassador by Preparing and delivering presentations to customers and internal stakeholders that highlight product benefits and industry trends.
  • Strengthen Vantage thought-leadership by engaging customers through webinars, seminars and interactive showcases.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimise content for SEO and ensure it meets the needs of targeted audience segments.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform future marketing strategies and product developments.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • BS in Science
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a position with direct customer exposition (sales representative / tech service position)
  • Previous experience in the Personal Care industry
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the beauty industry and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with teams globally, either physically or virtually
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations, trade shows, etc. (approximately 5-10%)


  • Technical experience or education (chemistry, formulations, or similar).
  • MSc/MBA preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
