Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic retail partnerships to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Analyse market trends to identify actionable insights
  • Create investment strategies, using commercial levers and maximising P&L performance
  • Secure successful product launches and promo activities with key retail partners
  • Monitor sales performance and develop solutions to close gaps
  • Collaborate with supply chain, NPD, and marketing teams on integrated business planning
