We have an exciting role with an emerging cosmetic brand, based in Italy with global ambitions. Use your skills and experience to expand and grow the brand across the Middle East and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new volume business with distributors across Europe and the Middle East
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to capitalise on new opportunities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for staff and customer education
  • Manage inventory levels and optimise stock control for efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing team on brand initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to drive profitability

This role will suit an experienced Sales or Business Development professional, with thorough knowledge of the region and proven success in opening doors within cosmetics or beauty retail.
