KF Beauty, the beauty distributor and owner of Wunder2 Cosmetics, has promoted ex-L’Oréal Director Agnes Hjelmer to CEO.
Hjelmer joined KF Beauty in 2015 as Senior Vice President. In her new role she will be tasked with expanding the business’ core teams.
Her motivation and development across the company’s teams were said to be the catalysts for her promotion.
She said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as CEO of KF Beauty.
“We have a strong and dedicated team in place and I look forward to working closely with them to take the company to the next level.”
Hjelmer joined L’Oréal back in 2000 as Supply Chain Business Manager before moving to International Project Manager & Supply Chain.
The Arts et Métiers ParisTech-graduate left the company as its Director of New Business Development, which she held for less than a year.
The Swedish-born businesswoman has nearly 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the cosmetics and personal care industry, and speaks fluent Swedish, English, French and Spanish.
Wunder2 Cosmetics now has more than 6,000 stores across 20 countries.
