Wholesale/Distributor Account Manager - Greater London Area (Hybrid) - Up to 70K plus Bonus

Lavandi Talent are currently looking for a Skilled and Experienced Wholesale Account Manager to work for a fantastic Beauty Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Push sales growth through multichannel strategy, whilst improving regional presence.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies with existing accounts to support the brand growth.
  • Building and implementing forecasts for each of the strategic accounts.
  • Improving capability to grow accounts by continuously reexamining customer P&L, market coverage, product selection, etc.
  • Working closely across multi-departments and operations to support the product lifecycle from forecasting (retail, stock, and wholesale) to order processing to delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within multi-channel growth strategies, ideally within the Beauty & Personal Care Industry in EMEA.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Possess strong commercial, financial, and business expertise with the ability to work on data and convert it into decisions.
  • Commercial intuition with outstanding analytical skills.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and growth-minded team.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and positive work ethic.
