New study reveals industry also employs more minority women in managerial positions
While it’s no secret that men continue to dominate the vast majority of boardrooms across industries, a new study would suggest that personal care is no longer one of them.
Published by the Personal Care Products Council in the US and conducted by PWC, the study – Economic and Social Contributions of the US Personal Care Products Industry – has revealed that the personal care products industry employs a larger percentage of women in both managerial and non-managerial positions than men, and compared with the national industry average for women. It also employs more minority women in managerial positions....
