UK beauty brand for cancer patients Jennifer Young receives significant investment

Jennifer Young, the founder of the eponymously-named skin care brand created for cancer patients, has gained the backing of a UK venture capital business.

The company has received significant investment from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) West Midlands Equity Fund, managed by Birmingham-based venture capital firm Midven.

Founded in 2013, Jennifer Young sells a range of skin and make-up products for people undergoing different types of treatment including chemotherapy or radiotherapy, as well as those in remission.
