The skin care and make-up brand has received a cash injection from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund to continue its work supporting the needs of those with cancer and in remission
Jennifer Young, the founder of the eponymously-named skin care brand created for cancer patients, has gained the backing of a UK venture capital business.
The company has received significant investment from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) West Midlands Equity Fund, managed by Birmingham-based venture capital firm Midven.
Founded in 2013, Jennifer Young sells a range of skin and make-up products for people undergoing different types of treatment including chemotherapy or radiotherapy, as well as those in remission.
