As part of the UK workshop, customers will learn more about the benefits of incorporating essential oils into everyday life

Beauty and wellness brand Tisserand Aromatherapy is preparing to host its first aromatherapy workshop in Brighton, UK, later this month.

As part of the day, customers will learn about the benefits of using essential oils at home, their profiles and how to blend a massage oil.

The session is expected to take place on 21 March and will be hosted by aromatherapist and massage instructor Jo Kellett.

Speaking to Cosmetics Business she said customers will come away with a better understanding of how aromatherapy works and how it can impact everyday health.

“Being busy is tantamount to living a successful and fulfilled life, but this increasingly fast-paced and stressful lifestyle, where it’s suddenly become the norm to answer emails 24/7 and always be ‘instagram-ready’, is putting pressure on our bodies and minds.

“People are wising up and realising that in order to be the best versions of themselves, or simply just be happy, they have to practise self care.

“Whether that means, taking an aromatherapy bath, going to the gym or just simply just taking a few moments to breathe.”

Kellett also expects to make the classes a permanent feature that will run up and down the UK.

The session will run from 10am at Platform 9 Brighton and costs £90.
