On 26 October, a new outlet shopping centre opened its doors just outside the Spanish city of Barcelona.

Viladecans The Style Outlets is a joint venture between Spanish outlets specialist Neinver and UK-based property developer TH Real Estate.

The site currently covers 19,800sqm and is set to enlarge to 26,500sqm in phase two. Total investment in the site from the two companies reached €80m.

Around 60 labels have already signed up for space in the centre, including The Body Shop.

The Style Outlets offers shoppers a huge range of choice at a guaranteed year-round discount of at least 30%.”

Sarah Murray, Assistant Investment Manager at TH Real Estate, told Cosmetics Business: “With top beauty brands such as L’Oréal and Primor Viladecans, The Style Outlets, offers shoppers a huge range of choice at a guaranteed year-round discount of at least 30%.”
