The Red Tree, a leading international beauty brand consultancy, is seeking a freelance HR consultant to work as part of our team on a project for a Nasdaq listed company, working in the wellness and aesthetic medical arena.
With expertise in developing enhanced communication and co-ordination between global marketing and local commercial teams, your experience will include organisational structure, integrating lean processes, the optimisation of talent and the improvement of key capabilities.
With a strong understanding of the beauty business, you will have experience in implementing the HR processes necessary to provide a seamless transition as the business moves to a direct-to-consumer high-speed organisation.
