The Perfume Shop awards manager with trip of a lifetime

The Perfume Shop gives Wembley Store Manager the title of manager of the year and she will celebrate with her peers at an awards ceremony overseas

The Perfume Shop’s Wembley Store Manager, Marni Flora has won a trip to the AS Watson Global Store Team Awards in Hong Kong to celebrate being named store manager of the year.

For the past 12 months, store managers at The Perfume Shop have been competing for the chance to win a place to represent the company at the global awards ceremony in Hong Kong.

During the trip, Flora will see the sights of Hong Kong and will be recognised for her achievements alongside her peers at a celebratory dinner.

Flora came out on top in the competition that encouraged stores to go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service, offer unrivalled expertise and encourage shoppers to sign up to its rewards club.

Flora said: “I’m so thrilled to have won store manager of the year and I’m really proud of all of my team. We have so much fun working at The Perfume Shop and there are often fantastic competitions and incentives, and being very competitive we’re always driven to up our game to try and win and this time we did – we’re delighted.”

Flora has worked at The Perfume Shop in Wembley for the past six years and was picked from more than 260 store managers in the competition.

Nikki Bates, Head of Retail at The Perfume Shop said: “Every three years a store manager is awarded with this incredible prize and we’re thrilled that this year it’s Marni, who’s worked unbelievably hard to support the business and her store. I’m delighted she’ll be joining me on the trip to Hong Kong later this year.”
