The fragrance retailer has offered a loyalty card to UK shoppers for five years
UK perfume retailer The Perfume Shop has welcomed its two millionth member to its Rewards Club Card. Since launching in 2011, the Rewards Club Card has recruited an average of 1,095 customers per day. The retailer says it offers the most generous loyalty card on the UK high street.
The Rewards Club Card provides customers with one perfume point per £1 spent at The Perfume Shop (100 points equates to a £5 discount).
Gill Smith, Managing Director at The Perfume Shop, said: “At The Perfume Shop, we are passionate about making the fragrance buying process a memorable experience, which is implemented through successful initiatives, including our in-store experts and the Rewards Club Card.”
The Perfume Shop welcomed its two millionth member at the Stratford Westfield store on 1 June. The member, John Cansdale from Colchester, was awarded with a gold fragrance packed goody bag and the store celebrated with fizz, cupcakes and customer discounts.
Smith added: “Welcoming over two million members to the Rewards Club Card scheme is testament to its competitive offerings and is also perfect timing as it is soon to celebrate its fifth birthday with further in-store and online activations.”
