We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join us, someone who can bring ‘big-business’ principles, methodology and experience to coach, advise, mentor and develop a small focused team.
You will ensure that all formulations manufactured are fully tested prior to bulk production and that the quality of the output meets agree standards in terms of quality.
Lead the design, development, preparation and manufacture of new product formulations whilst complying with both the regulatory and customer requirements on small scale and large scale production batches.
Using your up to date knowledge of raw materials new and old that can be incorporated into leading edge products.
Your experience will be vital to support the sales team in customer meetings and provide a technical resource to advise on proposed briefs and to suggest new ideas and concepts.
Working on the development of laboratory processes and systems to ensure that compliance, best practice is followed and optimum efficiency is achieved.
