Sarah Creal, the co-founder and CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, is all about Girl Power. She doesn't use the term directly during the hour-long interview with Cosmetics Business, but it is clear the slogan popularised by her famous business partner in the 1990s is deeply rooted in her latest venture.
A former Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) executive, Creal developed Tom Ford's make-up line with Charlotte Tilbury and launched the short-lived Estée Edit (more on that later).
