Consumer demands for natural, sustainable and safe have given rise to mega trends seen throughout the industry. A growing number of consumers believe that natural skin and hair care products are gentler, safer, higher quality and better for the environment.
Furthermore, there is increasing demand for sustainably sourced ingredients in beauty & personal care. In response to this ideology, combined with the lifestyle shift towards healthy, clean and environmental conscious living seen across the globe, TRI-K developed Fision EcoSil and Fision EcoLatum S as natural alternatives to silicone and petrolatum.
TRI-K’s Fision EcoSil is an excellent natural alternative to silicone. Silicones are widely used in the industry and are known for their functionality and cost-effectiveness. Yet health and environmental safety concerns are rapidly growing.
According to Mintel, global beauty and personal care products launched in 2017 are expected to be 39% higher than last year.
