THG – the beauty owner of ESPA and Illamasqua – has lost one of its key Non-Executive Directors, Tiffany Hall.

Hall, a former boss of Bupa and British Airways, is said to have left the business for family reasons.

She is also a Non-Executive Director of Symington Family Estates and B&M – according to her LinkedIn.

“I would like to thank Tiffany for her contribution to THG during the last 12 months, most notably as Chair of the remuneration committee,” said Matthew Moulding, THG’s co-founder and Chief Executive.

“We wish her all the best for the future,” he added.

Damien Sanders, Chairman of the audit committee, will take over the role as Chair of the remuneration committee on an interim basis.

Hall, meanwhile, said: “Although my time with the group has been shorter than anticipated, I have huge respect and admiration for everything Matthew Moulding and the board have achieved and I believe THG has great long term prospects.

“I wish the team continued success.”
