You will work to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality, sustainable products while consistently driving operational efficiency.
In this role you will take ownership of the supply chain function, managing the day-to-day workload and supporting cross-functional teams. Looking to the future, you will spot opportunities for improvements that will maximise business potential.
Your responsibilities will encompass stock management, production management, and repeat order management. You will support the Sales Manager by overseeing the supply forecast process to ensure clarity in purchasing.
Taking on this leadership role, you will drive the implementation of any changes that will produce improvements for future projects.
The perfect individual for this role will be driven with a strong eye for detail. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to provide effective guidance to internal teams and build strong and reliable relationships with the supplier base.
You must be able to motivate and mentor the supply chain team around you, monitoring individual performance and providing the appropriate support and training.
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and/or Administration is essential for this role.
