Russia’s beauty salon market grew by 1% in volume terms in 2014, according to BusinesStat.
The demand for beauty services is traditionally greatest in larger cities, where people increasingly take care of their appearance. And in recent years market value has grown at a higher rate due to raised prices – indeed in 2014, turnover for the salon market exceeded the previous year’s level by an impressive 10%.
