New survey shows consumers are putting greater importance on buying through social platforms
The number of consumers who now place high importance on the ability to discover and purchase directly through social media platforms has risen by 38% over the last 12 months, according to research by digital retail enabler, Bazaarvoice.
The survey found that that in the UK, one third of consumers now express their ability to discover and purchase through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest as of critical importance to their shopping behaviour.
