Social Media Manager - Greenford (Hybrid) - Up to £30,000 + perks

We are currently looking for a fantastic, stand out Social Media Manager to work for an award-winning marketing team within the Beauty and personal care industry

About You:

  • Proven experience working in social media, in-house or agency based.
  • Beauty experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to strategically build brand love and brand community.
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital content.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Strong copy writing skills.
  • Passion for all things Beauty.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of competitors, beauty market and trends
  • Bonus: Video editing skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Increase brand awareness through supporting key platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
  • To bring a growth mindset to building an engaged community around the brand: people within our target audience that share our values.
  • Provide reporting on community activity, engagement, and growth tracking against business goals.
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing daily content across blog/editorial, user-generated content, social media channels.
  • Creating a content calendar, more detailed channel plans, and developing a plan for weekly customer newsletters and blogs.
  • Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel.
  • Assist when required with new product shoots, including writing creative briefs and contributing to storyboards and mood boards and any other logistical requirements.
  • Research key trends & topics across the platforms and present back to key stake holders.
