Advanced Pigment Corrector is a multi-layer product that reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation

L'Oréal owned skin care brand SkinCeuticals has introduced a multi-layer product designed to reduce the appearance of stubborn hyperpigmentation. Advanced Pigment Corrector contains 0.3% salicylic acid to exfoliate existing dark spots and enhance penetration at the stratum corneum, as well as 0.5% ellagic acid and 1.0% hydroxyphenoxy propinoic acid, a non-toxic derivative of hydroquinone, which work to reduce excess melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase at the basal layer. Finally 5.0% yeast extract strengthens dermal fibroblasts to enhance skin's resistance against newly forming pigment.

SkinCeuticals Advanced Pigment Corrector costs £85 for 30ml.
