The owner of Drunk Elephant, NARS and bareMinerals, Shiseido, has named the new members of its EMEA executive committee.

Shiseido’s EMEA division manages the group’s worldwide perfume business and the regional business of the group’s make-up and skin care brands.

Made up of current Shiseido employees as well as newcomers, the team will work to drive Shiseido’s Vision 2020 growth strategy to become “the most trusted beauty company in the world.”

Commenting on his new team, Franck Marilly, Shiseido’s EMEA CEO & President, said: “I am convinced that this new organisation will help us to drive our long-term growth in the region and contribute to achieving the Vision 2020 objectives defined by Masahiko Uotani [Shiseido’s Chairman and President].

“I fully trust my talented and committed teams to make Shiseido the most trusted beauty company in EMEA.”

Marilly joined the Japanese-based personal care giant in January last year from Chanel.
