ShaveMOB acquires rival blade seller 800Razors

US razor blade seller ShaveMOB has acquired rival company 800Razors.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, ShaveMOB confirmed it is now localising operations at is headquarters in Colorado and reviewing expansion plans for the team working there. The 800Razors staff moved onto other projects upon the close of the acquisition.

Justin Kutner, CMO of ShaveMOB, told Cosmetics Business: “One of our first steps is merging our order systems to increase efficiency. We're also reviewing product performance. We're going to keep their highest performing 800Razors products from a customer satisfaction standpoint.”
