Proven product development within skin care (luxury/high tech preferred) is essential, along with experience of working in a small, founder-lead business and understanding of the agility needed to thrive and ability to work at speed. The culture is one of high-performance and honesty, you’ll be joining real trail-blazers!
Managing the skin care category NPD calendar and pipeline, developing highly efficacious new products concepts, formulas and packaging, ensuring global compliance (a bias on technical would be advantageous).
A highly hands-on role, you must be happy to drive every area of the project, research, briefs, benchmarks, lab instruction, project tracking, sample approval, artwork, proofreading, cost control, critical path management you name it!
You will need to bring some proven team leadership experience, and be able to demonstrate a highly organised approach, strong attention to detail, as well as an ability to see opportunity.
There is no room for prima donnas in this team, hardworking, confident and agile are all important attributes.
