Proven creative product development within make-up is essential along with experience of working in a small, founder-lead business and understanding of the agility needed to thrive and ability to work at speed.
Managing the make-up category NPD calendar and pipeline, developing and managing new product concepts, formulas and packaging, ensuring global viability.
A highly hands-on role, you must be happy to drive every area of the project, research, briefs, benchmarks, lab instruction, project tracking, sample approval, artwork, proofreading, cost control, critical path management you name it!
Ideally with some team leadership experience, you must be able to demonstrate a highly organised approach, strong attention to detail, as well as an ability to see opportunity.
There is no room for prima donnas in this team, hardworking, confident and agile are all important attributes.
