This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that leads the field in personal care product development and manufacturing. It will suit an experienced formulation scientist with a passion for creating innovative products and a background in the body care sector.
You will progress new product development from initial concept stage through to delivery of finished product. You will lead on every stage of the NPD process, overseeing efficacy and safety standards to deliver product approvals, with timings, costings and fully substantiated claims.
With your eye for detail, you will maintain the company’s NPD processes and methodologies, as you work to strengthen the product portfolio and drive innovation.
Making the most of your passion for body science and body products, you will work with key suppliers to stay ahead of trends, discovering emerging innovations in ingredients and technologies. International travel is required for this role.
